Pricing starts at ₦5,000 for an exterior-only wash on a small or mini car. Interior and exterior combined starts at ₦9,000, and full detailing starts at ₦22,000. A small transport fee (₦1,800–₦2,300) applies depending on your zone. See the booking form for an exact quote based on your vehicle.

Payment is made online when you complete your booking. Most customers pay through our secure Paystack checkout with a card, bank transfer, or USSD, which is verified automatically within seconds. A direct bank transfer option is also available and is typically confirmed by our team within a few hours. We do not accept cash or pay-on-arrival. Full payment is required upfront to confirm your booking.

After payment, you receive a unique booking reference code by email. This is your proof of payment. Show it to your washer when they arrive.

Yes. You can book for up to 3 vehicles in one booking. Multi-vehicle discounts apply automatically: 15% off the second vehicle and 25% off extra vehicles beyond that.

Yes, we have five subscription plans, all delivered to your location: Bi-Weekly (₦17,000/month, 2 washes), Light Monthly (₦17,500/month, 4 exterior washes), Monthly Basic (₦21,000/month, 3 exterior + 1 exterior+interior), Monthly Premium (₦32,000/month, 3 exterior + 1 full detailing), and Every 3 Days (₦42,000/month, 10 washes). Each covers one vehicle; additional vehicles can be added.

Yes. Inideto Wash is a fully online car wash booking service: you choose your service, pay, and get a vetted washer sent to your home, office, or estate, all through inidetowash.com. There's no app to download and no need to call around wash points. WhatsApp is only used for enquiries and support, not for placing your booking.

On the 'Your details' section of the booking form, tap 'Sign in with Google, skip retyping your details.' Choose your Google account and we'll fill in your name and email automatically. If this is your first time signing in with that Google account, you'll still need to enter your phone number and the rest of your booking details yourself. Once you've completed a booking under that account, signing in again will also auto-fill your phone number and load your full dashboard, including booking history, member-since date, and track/receipt/lookup. The button only appears if you're not already recognized from a previous phone-based booking, so you won't see two competing sign-in prompts at once. You can sign out of your Google identity anytime without affecting a phone-based booking you've already made. We use Google's official OAuth protocol, so Inideto never sees or stores your Google password.

Yes. Inideto Wash regularly services gated estates and residential communities across Abuja, including Kubwa, Byazhin, Life Camp, Gwarinpa, Dawaki, and Jahi. Washers come directly to your compound or estate gate. Just share your address when booking.

No. Your washer brings all equipment and cleaning supplies. You only need to have water access available on-site: a tap, hose, or estate water supply. If you have no water access at all, contact us on WhatsApp before booking.

An exterior wash (₦5,000) cleans the outside of your car: body, wheels, and tyre shine. An exterior + interior wash (₦9,000) adds dashboard wiping and seat cleaning on top of the full exterior service. Many customers use exterior washes for routine upkeep and a full interior + exterior wash roughly once a month.

Yes. SUVs and crossovers attract a +₦1,500 surcharge over the base price, and large vehicles (Jeeps, trucks, pickups, buses) attract +₦2,500, across all service tiers.

Every Inideto Wash service is a hand wash. Your washer cleans the vehicle by hand at your location using proper cleaning products and equipment, the same standard of care as a traditional wash point, with the added convenience of never leaving home.

For most people in Abuja, yes, you avoid the fuel, traffic, and waiting time of driving to a wash point, since the washer comes to your home, office, or estate instead. Pricing is comparable to a standard car wash point, with the added convenience of not leaving your location.

Abuja's dust and harmattan conditions mean cars get dirty faster than in less dusty climates. Most customers wash weekly to bi-weekly for routine dust removal, with a deeper interior clean monthly, which is what our Monthly Basic and Monthly Premium plans are built around: regular exterior washes plus one deeper clean per month. For higher-frequency upkeep, the Every 3 Days plan is built for that.

Not really. Rainy season means your car needs washing more often, right when it's least convenient to do yourself, since untarred estate roads turn to mud and nobody wants to stand outside with a hose in the rain. INIDETO WASH sends a vetted washer to your home, office, or estate, so your car gets cleaned while your weekend stays free.

Cancel more than 2 hours before your slot and receive a 90% refund. Cancel less than 2 hours before and the full transport fee is paid to your washer, with the wash fee refunded minus a 10% platform fee. If your washer fails to arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, you receive a 100% full refund. If no washer accepts your booking within 30 minutes of confirmation, you also receive a 100% full refund.

Once your washer is on the way, a live tracking link is available on your booking screen. You can also return to the site anytime, tap 'My Booking,' sign in with the Google account you used to book, and tap the Track button for any active job.

Your booking code (starting with IW) was sent to your email right after you booked. Search your inbox for 'INIDETO WASH' or 'booking confirmation'. If you can't find it, contact us via WhatsApp or call us with your name and appointment details and we'll look it up for you.

Check your spam or junk folder first. Confirmation emails sometimes land there. If it's not there either, make sure the email address you entered during booking was correct. Still nothing after 10 minutes? Message us on WhatsApp or call us and we'll resend your booking code manually.

Once we initiate your refund, Paystack emails you a confirmation right away and the money typically reaches your account within 3–10 business days, back to your original payment method. If your refund is taking longer, contact us with your booking code and we'll chase it up.

Washers are expected to arrive within the booked time window. If your washer is 30 or more minutes late with no communication, you are entitled to a 100% full refund, no questions asked. Contact us via WhatsApp to initiate this.

If no washer accepts your booking within 30 minutes of confirmation, you are guaranteed a 100% full refund. This is different from a washer no-show, since here nobody took the job in the first place. Message us on WhatsApp with your booking code and we'll process your refund.

You have a 1-hour dispute window after your wash is marked complete. Within that window, take photos and message us on WhatsApp with your booking code. After the window closes, payment is released to the washer and disputes become harder to resolve, so act quickly.

Washer partners keep 70% of every completed booking. On a ₦5,000 exterior wash you take home ₦3,500. On a ₦9,000 interior and exterior wash you take home ₦6,300. On a ₦22,000 full detailing job you take home ₦15,400. There is no joining fee.
