Kubwa is where INIDETO Wash actually started. Not on a slide deck, not as a launch-day press release, but as the one zone where we had enough washers signed up and verified to promise a customer, honestly, that a booking would get filled. Every other zone on our map came after. Booking takes under two minutes
You go to inidetowash.com, pick your area, and the form already knows Kubwa is Zone A. You choose your car type, the service tier (Exterior Wash, Exterior + Interior, or Full Detailing), and how many vehicles you're booking, up to three. Then you pick a date and a time slot. The total is calculated right there: service price, any surcharge for an SUV or bigger vehicle, plus a flat ₦1,800 transport fee for the Kubwa axis. No haggling, no guessing what a "reasonable" price should be, which is the exact problem this whole thing was built to fix.
Payment happens before anyone gets assigned
You pay upfront, either through Paystack checkout (card, bank transfer, or USSD, confirmed within seconds) or by a direct bank transfer that our team verifies manually, usually within a few hours. There's no cash and no pay-on-arrival, on purpose. That's the mechanism that lets us hold a washer accountable to actually show up: the money is already sitting in escrow before a job is ever assigned to anyone.
Who shows up, and how they got vetted
Once payment clears, your job appears live on the dashboard of every approved washer registered in the Kubwa/Gwarinpa pool. The first one to accept it claims it. That washer went through an application, an identity check, and a WhatsApp verification call before they were ever allowed on the dashboard. Kubwa was the first zone where we built and tested that vetting process, mistakes included, before rolling it out anywhere else.
Kubwa wasn't the biggest zone on our map. It was the one where we could actually keep our word.
What to expect on the day
- A booking code starting with IW, sent to your email the moment you book. This is what you use to look up or track your job, not your phone number.
- A live tracking link once your washer accepts and is on the way, available right on your booking screen.
- Your washer arrives with their own equipment and supplies, nothing needed from you except access to the vehicle and a water source, which most Kubwa compounds and estates already have.
- Before-and-after photos sent via WhatsApp once the job's done, and a 1-hour window to flag anything you're not happy with before payment releases to the washer.

We get some version of the same questions on WhatsApp every week from people in Kubwa and Byazhin who've heard about us but haven't booked yet, mostly about how the payment works, and whether a real person is actually going to show up.
